Limited to 10 participants.

Psychologist Doreen Downing, Ph.D., and Lee Glickstein, founder of Speaking Circles® International, invite you to join them for an evening of transformation. We will explore the personal stories of what happened to your authentic voice and open up a path to recovering it.

We were each born with a natural voice that was unafraid to express itself, but to survive in this world many of us had to abandon it. Because of the need to fit in, look good and get approval, we lost the connection to our authentic self.

Many of us grow into adulthood with a fear of speaking up and lack the confidence to be ourselves, whether in front of a group or with just one person.

Through self-inquiry, coaching, and Speaking Circle® turns, Doreen and Lee will guide you toward freeing yourself of any fear that holds you back at work or in relationships.

Let’s find a new story that supports your authentic being and the ability to express yourself fully in this world!
